What to Wear
We love to dress vintage once in a while, but that's usually when we go out to dance with live bands. For our lessons, just dress comfortable! We don't plan on breaking a sweat, so there's no real need for workout clothes. In fact, most of us just show up in whatever we wore to class that day. Some tips: don't wear anything that'll flap around like unbuttoned cardigans or unzipped sweaters, don't overdress because it can get hot when you're dancing, and don't wear anything that doesn't fit right (when you move around sometimes pieces of clothing slip, and we just don't want that to happen!). Ladies, if you wear a skirt or dress, wear a pair of shorts underneath; biker shorts or any tight shorts work best.
